Notes on the meeting room, first floor of the meetinghouse: Hancock Shakers. 1938.

Seaver's notes concern the architectural details of the Hancock meetinghouse as it stood in 1938 and his thoughts about the methods used in its construction. Seaver concludes his account by writing, "Pittsfield has few very old buildings and with the passing of this Shaker meeting house, all we can do is make a record of its construction, and save some of the pieces of finish."
